Manicure Mondays : Chrome Cuts

Hello 🙂

Those bright summer colours didn’t last for long did they- back to the dark side we go haha! On my latest Primark venture I found some chrome ‘Face & Nails Stickers’ (why you would put these on your face I do not understand!) in the bargain beauty bin. Guessing these didn’t sell as planned as they were lots left over! I picked up these line ones and some small stud-gem things, all in chrome colours. For 50p a pack and even the full 80p price I thought they’d be fun to experiment with- hopefully they’re still in stores!

I love adding some simple stickers for a quick nail look- do leave any of your favourite ones or recommendations below! 🙂

Starting off with my Nail Prep routine!

As the base I used 2 layers of Barry M Gelly in ‘Blackout’ and allowed to dry fully.

In the pack you get 5 sticker lines (3 thin & 2 thicker) in silver, gold, bronze and rose gold. They cut and apply well and stuck on well without a topcoat. I used tweezers to apply these thinner lines, if you’re quick / the base polish is dry you can re-place without major damage.

Make sure to add a good layer of topcoat making sure to seal around the sticker edges!

I’m pretty impressed with these stickers, just enough to add some detail on a plain polish- I shall have to investigate more of these Primark nail stickers, let me know if you have already!

As always, let me know your thoughts on this nail look, plus links you any blogs or instagrams below!

Thank You So Much For Reading 🙂
