Today is another example of a hard to name nail look teamed with a ‘experimental’ one! I was looking for an easier way to achieve the marbled look- I can never do the water dropping thing correctly. So this is a slightly messier nail look but I really liked the way it came out. Which is where the whole whirlwind thing came from. Please leave me links to your nail posts and your instagrams..

Starting off with my Nail Prep routine!
Start by painting your nails a cream or white shade, I think used Barry M Gelly in Coconut. 1-2 coats as needed, allow to dry fully.
Prepare a surface along with a dotting tool and black polish, I used Maybelline Blackout.
Working a nail at a time, put a little blob of black polish on your surface and place finger next. Using a dotting tool dip and drab across the polish- you may need to turn the nail. Build up the effect as desired. Continue on each nail.
Give the nails 15 mins to dry before adding a final quick dry topcoat to avoid smearing the design.
Allow all to dry and you are DONE!
I love how simple but effective this nail look is, plus you can create it with any colour you want!
As always, let me know your thoughts on this nail look, plus links you any blogs or instagrams below!
