F.M.F : Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask

Hello 🙂

Whilst catching up on YouTube videos the other day, I kept seeing this mask (and others from the brand) being mentioned- not a sponsorship haha! This week’s face mask is..

Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask

Being one, as you know, for a skin care solution and a bargain this is a product I had to try. It had great reviews on all the videos, most were in the states so I was so glad to find it on Amazon for around £3. Plus you get a massive tube of 8 oz of product!

You can smell the minty, toothpaste like scent through the packaging. Light green in colour this appeared to be a creamy and drying mask.

Per the directions on the tube, I applied the mask (with a foundation brush) as an even layer and left on the skin for 10 mins. Easy to apply with a creamy texture. As soon as the mask when on it began to lightly ‘tingle’ on the skin, again with the fresh minty scent is was also very cooling. It felt ‘tingly’ for the duration of time, nothing painful or irritating! Within the 10 mins the mask dried slightly in the thinner areas.

After easily washing the mask off my skin felt cool and clean. It look calmer and felt refreshed. Some of my active breakouts (whiteheads) did appear to be reduced slightly after the mask too which was impressive.

Overall I really liked this mask and will will definitely be using again! For the price and product amount these masks are a great bargain. I am tempted to get some of the other masks from the Queen Helene range- please let me know if you have and your thoughts / links to reviews below!

Thank You So Much For Reading 🙂
